How to make Mango kernel butter

Mango kernel butter

Pakistan produces an average of 1.5 million tons of mangoes annually. About 1.5 million tonnes of mangoes are exported. The rest use in compatriots dear.

In mango, depending on the type, the kernel weighs from twenty to forty percent. If there is an average of 25% nuts, then 1.3 million tons of mangoes produce more than 300,000 tons of nuts which we throw in the garbage.

When we say that we should consider everything around us, it means the smallest thing around us, its composition, its composition, its possible use and the species. Therefore, its usefulness should be considered and researched.

Now we have been eating mangoes for decades and throwing nuts in the garbage.

To this day, none of our sages, sages or any food-related scientists or professors have questioned the composition of this kernel or the kernel contained in it, or what benefits it can bring to human beings.

And finally, the whites also informed us about the chemical composition, usefulness and importance of the kernel in our mango kernel.

The kernels from the mango kernel contain only 10 to 12 percent butter, the chemical composition of which is close to that of coca butter. Coca butter is the butter from coca beans that is used to make the finest chocolate.

The wholesale price of coca butter in the world market is 1100 rupees per kilogram in Pakistani rupees.

In addition, various types of oils and micronutrients in butter extracted from mango kernels are extremely useful for human skin and hair.

An oil is also extracted from this butter through process extraction. This oil is used in food and medicine. It is called Mango Seed Oil.

Its price is around five thousand Pakistani rupees per kilogram. The best gluten-free dough is puff while remaining after oil. We can also eat it by mixing wheat flour.

If for some reason it is not included in the human diet, then corn can be used as a good substitute in the diet of chickens or cows and buffaloes.

Estimate that if we collect 1.3 million tons of mangoes annually from the roofs of our houses and give them to a nuts collector, we can collect 300,000 tons of nuts a year. The amount of nuts in the kernel is on average half.

By this calculation, we can collect more than one and a half million tons of grain annually.

From this 1.5 lakh tonnes of ghari, ten per cent of the 15,000 tonnes of mango kernel butter will be obtained.

The lowest price of this butter (a 200 gram pack sells for ڈالر 20 on Amazon). If you apply even half of coca butter, it becomes about eight billion rupees.

If you add even thirty rupees to the flour after extracting oil, it will be four billion.

In the same way, we can provide resources worth Rs. 12 billion annually from just one useless looking item.

And twelve billion rupees means twenty-five thousand monthly income of forty thousand families throughout the year.

It would also be interesting to mention here that oil is being extracted on a large scale in India and it is also being exported all over the world.

Recently, his government has set a target of 30,000 tonnes of butter per year, which is 30% of their total potential production.

The technique of hydraulic press is most effective for extracting butter from mango kernels. The grease should be dried before extracting the butter from the hydraulic press.

A small solar dehydrator and a low-capacity hydraulic oil extractor will become a maximum of five to six million. Thirty to sixty kilograms of butter per day can be obtained from such a set.

This means that one month’s production will be worth more than the entire system.

Again, nature did not reduce generosity. We have closed our eyes. There is no reason why we should not be happy if we start using the blessings God has given us.
